Kelvin Hall School have been presented with the C3 Eco Excellence in Schools Award by Jessica and Aaliyah for some great work. Students have been busy planting in beds on two sites around the school; litter picking in the local area and collecting plastic bottle tops and metal ring pulls for two different Eco purposes. The former is with Schoolcycled and the school has also had a chair made from the bottle tops with this scheme (the students showed us their collection boxes). A member of staff is collecting the ring pulls to turn them into jewellery which will be sold to raise money for charity.

Students also harvested and presented our C3 guests with carrots and spring onions from their gardens.
